If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

NOTE:
- In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. All sales of customized items are final and not eligible for returns. In all cases, you are responsible for verifying and complying with proper shipping requirements of your selected carrier.
Requirements for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
- Include printed Shipping Label and Kakimotor Tax Invoice in each return package box
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out above)

How long does it take to process my refund?
Once your goods are back at AG Motor warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account. For cash payments such as cheque and wire transfer, we will require your bank details, IBAN/SWIFT, to proceed with the refund to your account
